I just could not resist the urge to share her music with you. It's been only some couple of weeks when I first heard the songs. And so unlike me, I fell in love with this piano & vocal collaboration. As you'll see, her voice is very distinct in itself, and still so compared to other singer songwriter women. Somehow "the emotional overflow" of the work seems to be lacking femininity, and it sounds great this way. And not an enforced pms-isch neurotiker, nein, rather a mixture of disturbance and revolt. It has a lot to do with being Austrian, I guess. With the weight of inheriting the whole literary tradition, at least. Anyway, enjoy her voice, noise and hammering the keys; spread her sound, and seriously, support her if you can.
